And yes, no idea why anything was removed, but I do see what you're saying. New to me. |

That's weird, I guess it was the wrong place to add and it just cluttered the thread so I can understand if it was deemed unnecessary and erased.
Either that...or its all a big conspiracy to give me better prices.... I got my splitter though and will be installing it possibly later today. |

I know I'm digging up an old thread, but with this lip/splitter would it be ok to remove the little spoiler that is included with the sport package? Seems to me that it will pretty much lose all functionality with this in place.

I just bought the Stillen Front Splitter and I removed the front bumper to install it. I removed the front bumper so I can install it with a screw and a nut inside the bumper. If you install it with the self tapping screws that came with the kit, after a while the lip will fly off. The shear wind and vibration will loosen the crappy screws and before you know it, you will not have a lip anymore. This method of install was recommended by at least 3 body shops that I went to. They were all quoting me about 200 for the install but I decided to do it myself and save me the $ Happy with the results

so the screws that came with the splitter wont work. Hmm, looks like i'll have to run to lowes or home depot to get some larger screws. Pretty straight forward install otherwise. +1 to the OP.
