I just bought the jack stand pads and it didn't damage the pinch rails today.

Braden, there is a guy who designed a urethane jack pad for Nissan's on G35Driver for the jack locations you are refering to. The post is HERE, post 111 shows the part he came up with.

Those are pretty cool. But the good thing about jack stand pads is that theY sit on top of any Jack and the pad doesn't have to be aligned perfectly with the pinch rails.
