Torque spec for Stillen CBE system bolts/nuts
I removed the stock cbe and have the Stillen CBE loosely in place ready to be tightened.
Stillen's instructions do not include torque numbers and I've never done this type of installation so I'm wondering what the torque spec should be for the 10mm flange bolts with the 14mm heads. Also I assume it's just a slow back and forth tightening process on either side of flange so the gap closes evenly and and allows for a consistent gasket seal? Finally how tight should I go on the tube clamps? I tend to over-tighten things but don't want to cause problems. Thanks for any help. Bruce
