Pull back the carpet on the drivers side near the pedals. Towards the left behind the insulation, you will find a black grommet which you can remove and drill a small hole in to run your wires. This grommet can also be seen by removing the drivers side cover, opposite the battery cover. About half inch in diameter from what I remember.

Chased the hood cable pull it's grommet ran a coat hanger up over the wheel well taped the wires to the coat hanger then pulled it back into the car ,put a hole in the grommet put the wire through it and ran it to my switches. Now I can run my 180custom LED's independently iron man or landing strip! or both with or without the car lights ON.
