Removing and reinstalling B pillars...?

Ive looked around all morning and there only seems to be 1 on this forum which is horrible. It does not show you or tell you what to use and how to go about taking off and reinstalling the new b pillars.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OP- If its for the G35 you will get more help on a G forum, as I'm sure the removal and reinstallation is different for the 2 cars

These instructions are for 370Z. You can at least get in idea what to expect for your G.
