Nice write up. I will be adding your thread to Modshacks on the DYI library of threads. Still think 20 mm Fr and either 20mm or 25mm Rr will look the best. It’s all a personal preference. Trying to make time to try all the combo sizes and get some decent shots to post up.

Now you need to drop the car.

Rep points coming your way.

I agree that it is personal preference on the widths. I like the 15 and 20 look. As for the dropping, it is not such a good idea around here as this car will be driven in the winter too and it needs the clearance....

Good point, forgot there are areas where the roads are not too friendly to lowered cars. Which is why I am still out for results on the H&R springs. I have Eibachs in hand awaiting for install.

Another thing to consider for those looking into wheel spacers and lowering springs, is to have the springs installed FIRST, to see how much room you have left for wheel spacers.

OT: I like your Black Cherry Z34. The bro had the InterLagos Fire on his 06 Z33 and the he just about died when he heard about the Black Cherry coming out for 2010. He settled for the Red this time around. The Black Cherry has class!

Yeah, I liked the Black Cherry so much I got one too - just love how the thing changes colors depending on the lighting.

Looks like the H&R 25mm doesn't come with stud replacements and is bolt-on only - think I'm going to stick with 15mm front and 20mm rear.

Thanks for the props. The colour is awesome!

As for the spacers, I definitely think 15 and 20mm is the best for un-dropped cars and that people considering a drop should do that mod first, and check their clearance.

I have no plans for camber adjustments or a drop, so I am very happy with the look I have now.

He states in the very first post that they are H&R brand spacers ordered from Stillen. I got mine from there too.

Good Luck on your mod. You will find it super easy.

BTW, nice posting! I spent 7 weeks in Bad Arolsen near Kassel on work-up training for the Leopard2 tanks in Afghanistan. Had a great time there and got to visit a few places. Had a blast in Hamburg during frohe-nacht fest!
Cheers!

Very cool DIY. Any particual reason you went with H&R? Just curious.

From what I've read, very good quality with either H&R or Ichiba. These two are the preferred brands on various Nissan and Infiniti forums.

I will always err on the side of quality over price. The H&R had the highest user satisfaction/installation ease and did not require additional parts to be ordered or modded. The Hubcentric rings are machined into the spacers and the new wheel studs are provided. Excellent German Engineering!

On top of that, I got a good deal from Josh at Stillen and was happy to support a forum sponsor!
