How do I remove the ECU?

Does anyone know how to remove and replace the ECU? I'm ready send mine to Technosquare for a flash and I can't seem to find any threads that discuss this.

Exclamation How do I remove the ECU?

Does anyone know how to remove and replace the ECU? I'm ready send mine to Technosquare for a flash and I can't seem to find any threads that discuss this. Thanks in advance.

Technosquare is in the business of reflashing ECU's, not training service techs. Fast Intentions did not tell me how to dissasemble my exhaust, and I don't expect them to. helpful posts only please.

The Technosquare website has pictoral instructions for how to remove the ECU from a 350Z. I found it quite helpful and nearly identical in procedure to remove the ECU out of my FX45 when I got it reflashed. Different animals but nearly identical procedures...I'm sure the 370Z will be very similar too. Here's the link from their website:
