Trying this while the dip has dried would make it so that the dip does not cut but it will tear and give me the same problems that I already have.
What I did was I waited a good 5-8 min like I said where it wasnt wet but it wasnt compeletely dry. You kind of have to guage it, once you do that you can pull it off slowly at first if the plasti dip is almost of the stage of elasticity then you go ahead and carefully pull of the rest.

I might just end up doing a CF wrap or flat black wrap on it, but we'll see.
A trick I use is to take an exacto knife and cut score a line at the edge of the tape before you peel it, this way it wont mess up your edge. Just take your time and try to make it as straight as possible.

Never spray on top of clear coat, it will flake off unless you are using plastidip
RotanimoD likes this.
