So is there any new info on the HID bulbs will not turn on and stay on issue? I bought a set of iJDMToy several months ago and just installed

I bought a set of iJDMToy several months ago and just installed them and I have one doing just that... Have to turn it off and back on 3-4 times for it to stay lit. Do Phillips HID bulbs have this issue? I might just get a set of these instead.
