Cops just dont seem to mind as long as you follow the rules, they have better things to stop you for like speeding and running stop signs.

Default HID bulb question.

Is D2S and D2C the same?

nope Z's have bi-xenon bulbs, so one bulb should do for each

i just got my morimoto d2s 6000k installed, they look wayy better than stock!! all white with slight blue!! ill post pics soon if i can...at first when i got em, one of the pair wasn't workin n it was due to the fact that there was almost no salt in the capsule...so i called the retrofit and they sent me a replacement right away...try em out!

Good video, this DIY is probably one of the easiest ones you can do other than the license plate led bulbs. Those are just pop out-put in.

!@#$% I just broke the tab too! I was trying to be careful too. How sh!tty of Nissan to make this plastic. Is anyone replacing the bulb mount? Do you have to remove the whole headlight to replace that? Or just F it and leave it as is. Nice.

So is there any new info on the HID bulbs will not turn on and stay on issue?

I bought a set of iJDMToy several months ago and just installed them and I have one doing just that... Have to turn it off and back on 3-4 times for it to stay lit.

Do Phillips HID bulbs have this issue? I might just get a set of these instead. What a PITA...

try the bulbs from our vendor. jwmotoring. seems like they haven't had any complaints so far and 2 year warranty. plus if you dont like the color you can send it back in and they'll send you another color.

Thanks!

So far we've had good luck with them. We stand behind them for sure.

I jus installed a set of the JW's 8000k and they came out great, I wasn't too sure if I'd like the blue but they look really good and the visiblity is great! And the shipping only took like two days. For everyone wondering about the little clamps, I broke one too but I was able to put everything else back together just fine so I wouldn't worry about it too much, I also managed to break two of the platic rivets.... Smh
