Color code confirmation
 

I'm thinking of buying an unpainted spoiler and considering painting it myself. Worst case, I can always get it professionally painted if I screw it up.

For the colour code, I'm seeing both KAD and K51 for my 2017 Grey 370z. I believe it's name is gun metallic. I've attached a pic for reference.

Can anyone confirm the right paint code and do you have a recommendation on where to get it? I assume Nissan is an option but there might be better options.

KAD is Gun Metallic

K51 is Platinum Graphite

The Platinum Graphite color is older and, I believe, was only available for a couple of model years.

I think most paint shops can get you the paint just based on the color code.

K51 is for brilliant silver. Closer to the satin color of the door handles. If you're sure you have the gunmetal (darker gray) look for KAD

Edit: damn jar beat me to it haha. I remember seeing K51 as "brilliant silver" but maybe I remember wrong or Nissan changed the name at some point. Either way it doesn't match gun metal
