CSF Radiator Install

Hi Guys,
I just did a CSF Radiator Install as Part of my Build & Loaded it up to my Youtube Channel.
There were a few issues with the install & also the Radiator itself.
If you'd like to see my take on this, i'll link it below.
Let me know what your experiences were
Cheers Guys.

TL/DR summary on your thoughts?

My research indicates you can expect the CSF radiator to fail after 2-3 years of moderate track use. Wish there was an acceptable aftermarket radiator option for the Z.

About 2 years out. There is a good chance that you will be changing it.

Yes, believe me I was hesitant about even installing it.
Its been sitting on the shelf for about 3 years, i was hoping to have an alternative by now, but no such luck. Bar Mishimoto that is.
Cheers Guys.

I’ve had good luck with the CSF radiator for the past four years so far no leaks and no issues. Depends the CSF radiator had good fitment in my Z much better than the custom Fluidyne radiator I had which fit like a bucktooth lol. Coolant temperature will improve with the CSF radiator good news for anyone that tracks their Z. At Sema years ago I seen that CSF uses their CSF radiator in their 700 whp EVO X project car.

Been several owners experiencing issues here. Anyway it'll never be my choice again.

Hoping the OP will respond here. I have the same CSF radiator, but I can't figure out the condenser/drier electrical connection part. Did your take the old female electrical connector from the old condenser and then thread it into the CSF condenser? From the video it looks like you did. I think there is a hex bolt ontop of the CSF condenser. Did you just remove that and screw in the connector?

G'day Mate. yep, you nailed it. Take it from the old Dryer & screw into the new.
Cheers.

Thank you OP! I swapped it yesterday but I still don't have cold A/C. I'm wondering if there's something else I'm missing or if the refrigerant leaked out. I'll have to bring it to a shop to find out for sure.

Since the system was opened. You have to pull down a vacuum on the system to get ALL the air out. If not. It will not get cold, and it will form acid that will eat up the aluminum in the system. Like the evaporator.
