It is possible that your passenger window switch isn't working properly. The passenger window switch has exactly the same two positions (Manual UP and Auto UP) as the driver window

It is possible that your passenger window switch isn't working properly. The passenger window switch has exactly the same two positions (Manual UP and Auto UP) as the driver window switch. At least, this is the case on my US 2011.
Although perhaps it is possible the EU and US models have a different passenger window switch.
