Just got my extremely delayed pinch-weld blocks yesterday. Make sure and read the whole manual and bleed very well before use. In the manual, it has two different instructions for bleeding them. The first is worthless. I stood mine on end so that the bleeder was up, opened the bleeder and hit the "up" button. Only had to do it two or three times, then it was good-as-gold.

That is a darn good idea. I started the bleeding but saw no air so I quit it. What about the packing oil step? Any tips there? The pinch weld blocks are just the rubber blocks? Mine came with....they compress like a mother though and almost have the car on the bare metal of the lift. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Stop bleeding the cylinders ! They are self primeing according to Simon in the tech dept. the only thing that needs bleeding are the air cylinders to remove the packing oil.
Their instructions are poor & they will admit they need to be updated! I followed the instructions and what a head ache. They have a good tech dept that made everything come together. My Z is not lowered so I use both rubber blocks . Good luck & I hope this helps! |

https://www.quickjack.com/accessorie...er-blocks.html Like any hydraulic system, the lines do have to be bled. Trust me. The first time that I tried to raise my car, only one side came up. I'm not about to trust someone else's "priming" of a system when there's 3,000+ pounds above me.
