I just installed my fog light and harness and it works great. Did u guys disconnect the battery before doing the install? I
asking because after I plugged my battery back up my windows have been acting up. Usually when u open n close the door the window moves down and then back up when you close the door. Now it goes down but doesn't go back up. So if I repeatedly open n close my door my window gets lower n lower. Help please. |

AK,
I bought this harness and am going to do the install myself but am a little confused on exactly where the hot lead was picked up in the dash board. Is there a red lead wire available in the dash or what? The picture isn't close enough for me to see exactly where the wire is picked up from. thanks as always a great jog After reading the above posts, I just used the yellow and black wire to the second power outlet and put in a molex connector to attach the harness. Worked out well and looks just like AK's installation. By the way the relay used in my harness was Nissan part number 25230-7996A. The harness makes the install much simpler. My only complaint with this setup is that there is no indication as to whether the light is on or off.
Other than that, I love how factory it looks.
