Some of the kits are very complete and some are not. I don't think that any TT or SC kit includes a pump or injectors that will support E85 so you will need to research that aspect. Big injectors (+1000cc) and a high volume pump will be needed such as the 340 or 450 depending on your target HP.

What I did was to set a target HP and then find the best bang for the buck. The stock Stillen SC kit is very complete but it also has a 400-420 rwhp limit. I wanted 450 so I looked into the air to air kit that Topgunz was working on and it looked like it would give me what I was after. The dyno results from the prototypes looked good and were getting into the 450 range. A single turbo could have done the same but I wanted the linear hp pull that a SC has. You always know where the HP is because the SC is directly driven by the engine and has very predictable power which is very important when you are pushing the car at or near it's limits in a curve. Turbos are load driven and can supply boost in a non-predictable way when compared to SC.

Anyway, the parts I need are on the way and all should be here by Thursday. Till then I will drain the fuel tank partially and take the passengers seat out and start removing the pump assembly. I won't take it out until the new pump is here because I don't want to leave the gas tank open and smell the garage and house up.

Mm yeah I see what you mean by all this :/ I guess time is the best way to guarantee you're doing something right huh? Well yeah I'll be doing much more research...

As for your target hp I'd also suggest going to the Z1 motor sports web page and checking out their 400hp package. It's supposed to set you up to gain up to 400hp (cat recall if that's whp or not) by including larger intake plenum, manifold, and some other goodies. If you need I can get you a link.

Here it is. Maybe if you combine this kit with the SC kit it'll push you little over that 450 goal ;)

Thanks for the info but the Z1 kit is totally incompatible with what I am doing. Z1 is who will be doing the final tune on my SC build. I was scheduled to be there last Friday to have the Quaife ATB differential installed and Saturday have the car dyno tuned. When my fuel pump failed on Thursday it canceled all of that. The Z1 kit is for a NA car and what they refer to is 400 crankshaft HP. which is about 320-340 rwhp. I'm talking about 450 rwhp which is like 550 crankshaft HP. Big difference!

Go over to the Tech Section and read up on the Forced Induction (FI) section. Lots of really good information. Start with the sticky section first, it will get you up to speed (pun intended) pretty quick. With the Z we have LOTS of options, which makes the car so appealing!

BTW: all of the parts should be in on Thursday so I hope to have the car running next Saturday.

Replacement fuel pump is in and working great. The original pump that came with the SC kit was a bad one. The new one is very quiet where the original kit pump was very loud by comparison.
