HELP prosport air fuel gauge

I installed a air fuel prosport gauge and I tapped into a grey wire for a narrow band reading on my o2 sensor but I'm still not getting a reading. Idk if I tapped into the wrong wire or the wrong o2 sensor? can someone help please
