There are about 6-7 screws on the bottom, 1 or two in the front (they me be inside the wheel well liner so you would have to take it off) and two in the rear. Those are all easy to get off just unscrew them =P then fun part is pulling it off with the 800 (sarcasim) body clips that are attached to it. Get a long skinny screw driver pull back and reach in to pop out some body clips. Be careful not to scratch anything that wont be covered up by the new skirt! Once you get it started you can just pull it off little by little.

Wish I woudl of made a DIY when I took mine off but I forgot. They are easy to get off just take your time with the body clip part.
I will add to this because robert is right you will need to start at the back and pull the skirt away from the body once you begin to do this you will see the clips and you use the screwdriver (at least 12 inches longer is better but skinny) and place it down by the clip. You will most likely break it but that is ok because most will never use them again. Once the first one is out of the way it will become easier. just dont use the leverage on the skirt and pull out too far because you could snap the skirt. once you work your way to the front of the door you may have to open and close the door to remove the rest of it. just take your time and like robert said make sure you do not scratch anything that cannot be covered up.
