Maybe use the QJ to lift the car on jack stands. Then drop the QJ and add some 2x12 under them (maybe 2 layers worth to give an extra 3.5").

Maybe use the QJ to lift the car on jack stands. Then drop the QJ and add some 2x12 under them (maybe 2 layers worth to give an extra 3.5"). Turn lift the car again with the QJ now sitting on a higher foundation. The 2x will not crush and will be damn stable. That's potentially 21". I'd even screw the 2x together for more stability.
