(2) 4.7ohm, 1/2 watt resistor [that's one resistor per seat]
(1) Wire Stripper
(1) Soldering Iron*
(1) Solder*
(1) Heatshrink*
does the "k" make a difference?

4.7k will not work, you need 4.7 ohm, you may need to buy online.
