My wife got to ride in my car for the first time after I installed my Bride Zeta III's. We noticed the airbag off light came on which was not supposed to happen since shes about 125-130lbs. I think you do need a small foam layer to go underneath the weight sensor so its not resting on the shell and can sink a bit to correctly measure weight change. Going to test this theory.
Another option i am considering is since the sensor was originally on top of the seat, I'm wondering if I should just take apart one of the bottom Bride cushions and put it on top as well. Problem is there are two cushions since they split in the middle so I would just have to choose one cushion to wrap it around. Last edited by VDC_OFF; 12-18-2012 at 01:44 PM. |
