Opening up Headlights and Halos

Has anyone in the central Texas area opened up their headlights, painted the inside and installed Halos? Anyone willing to do it for me? For a cost of course. Its just i dont wanna send it all the way to 180 customs in new york.

I need this done myself. I'm rather frustrated every time I wipe my headlights down, there is an oily residue on the inside of the lamp assembly. It is like the factory did a really really sloppy job gluing the thing. As much as it bugs me, cracking the headlight trying to fix it myself would bug me even more ;)
