Guys you simply glue the stock white plugs to the back of the CF pieces with the 3m tape as a buffer. If it does not line up you measured wrong and will need to try again also remember to glue around the 3m making a gel seal around the whole base of the plug and 3m and backing of CF b-pillar.
Also, I know that a few of Spawn Aero's units had quality issues and if you look in the exterior and interior thread you will see that I have organized an effort to get everyone the quality parts they ordered. Thanks, Mike

Mike, Your right there are a lot of quality issues with his stuff besides the long long time it takes to ever get a part. But I did the install as listed and it just isnt a great way to secure them. Did you do your own install when you put yours on? I do most all my own work and am well versed at installing and thsi jsut wasnt a good way that will ever last. But yes part of the problem was fit/ finish and a bit of that was a warp.Any luck getting better parts from him? I will be glad to send my current set off to whom ever at my expense. Steve

Steve my set are holding firm in place with no warping issues and I have put 7000miles on these bad boys some of which were high speed. I dont think your on my list in the other thread but I will send you one of the sets that do come in. Also, I will need to see yours to see what the problem was. If need be I can revise my videos and show in more detail what to do to make sure they hold fast and dont come apart. I used 2 of those super glue bottles if you only used one there is no way that any mounting would be sustainable... I will be in touch
Mike

You can buy them at the dealer. dont settle for msrp if they dont give you a discount ask for one. They will cut the price in like half!

Warped?
I had these parts in storage for several months now and tried to do a test fit last weekend. The parts are a bit warped for some odd reason.
Do any of you have suggestions to "soften" the CF parts? I plan to use RTV to attach the CF parts to the OEM B Pillars, and then try to hold it down with some weights.

Due to the fact that it is curved and only CF and not Fiberglass backing. If you have let them sit for long periods of time the will try to go back flat. To remedy this you will have to add heat and then install them the pressure from the plugs holding them in will bring them back to shape... another idea is to heat them and press them against your oem's and see if that will work.
Let me know how it comes out or pm me if you need some help. Mike

I finally found time to install the CF covers, and it was bad timing. The cold snap made the plastic brittle and snapped the pegs. I wasn't thinking straight... it turns out the 3M double sided tape was more than adequate to take care of the minor warping, so the oven method wasn't needed at all.
What I should've done was apply the 3M tape directly and slap on the CF cover without prying the B pillars. So after getting the turbo stuff done and paid off I would like to look into getting a pair of OEM B pillars with with the back end intact, and then have it CF wrapped.

Small question
almost all of the B-Pillars I saw were made to be attached Are these B-Pillars just different or did you use it in a different way?
