Rear window defogger/defroster cleaning
 

What is the best way to clean the inside of the back window?
The part of the window that has the rear defroster?
I can feel that it is surface mount and am concerned I may
damage it as I have already cleaned the glass with alcohol
lens cleaner...
Does care have to be taken when cleaning these??

The Owner's Manual should have specifics but, in general:
* Never use an abrasive cleaner.
* Don't use strong chemical solutions. Try plain water to start with and use something like Windex for difficult spots.
* Don't spray chemicals directly on the element. Put a small amount on your cloth and gently wipe.
