Weather Stripping Cleaner/Sealant

Does anyone know of a good rubber sealant/cleaner for the rubber weather stripping? I live in the Pacific North-West and I've had the car for 6 days and washed it twice and it's already starting to get green buildup around the window seals. Since I have no garage I'm trying to make an early start at keeping it clean and pristine. Thx :tiphat:

You might try some Gummi Pflege. Stuff works great to preserve rubber. Link below is one place you can order it if not available locally. I use it once a month on all my weather stripping here in the desert. Rubber items stay soft and pliable.

check out Stay Fresh Car Care

They have this back to black stuff that works great. beads water and seems to act as a sealant. I add a few coats.
