Best way to remove soot from exhaust tips?

So i'm going to do a side by side comparison. The guys on the Adams forums swear by "Barkeeper's Friend" cleaning powder. I miss toxic/possibly dangerous Iron Cut from Korea.

The guys on the Adams forums swear by "Barkeeper's Friend" cleaning powder. I miss toxic/possibly dangerous Iron Cut from Korea. Soak tips in that for 5 minutes and the soot just wiped off.
