Any way to fix this paint blemish without repainting

Hi guys, looking at a 370z. It seems to have a clearcoat issue in the picture. Can something like this be easily fixed? I know its hard to tell form

It seems to have a clearcoat issue in the picture. Can something like this be easily fixed? I know its hard to tell form one pic, but any experiences or thoughts would be appreciated.
