Overspray removal

I recently had the front bumper on my 370z repainted (about 45 days ago). I also had the fangs blacked out when the bumper was resprayed. The car had slight overspray on the the drivers side fangs/bumper.

Last night, I lightly clayed the bumper and the fangs. On the fangs, I noticed that there seems to be these small particles and what looks like a very light speckled/spotty residue after claying the area. This can only be seen when using a halogen light very close to the area in question (few inches from bumper). Under normal lighting conditions it looks fine.

I tested the clay on a portion of the fangs that had no overspray and the same residue did not appear, so I assume it has something to do with the overspray and the clay on that portion of the car. The fang area was satin cleared, so I am not worried that I have marred the finish, but don't want to be too aggressive at this point.

This isn't a huge deal at all, I was just going to see if anyone here has any ideas on what I can use to try and remove the residue from the fang area safely. I considered hand polishing, but wasn't sure if this make the satin finish shinier.

Thanks for any tips, and let me know if pictures would help.
