Interior Cleaning... Armor-all?

when i had my mazda3 i used to put armor-all on the dashboard, and all leather-ish stuff that was in the car, but now with my 370z, im wondering if i should use armor-all for the dashboard and also where the nav system should go... it feels leather-ish but not quite sure if it is...

NO!

I use 1Z einszett Cockpit Premium or Adam's Leather & Interior Cleaner to clean the dash and stuff. Then follow with light coats of Adam's Leather Conditioner applied to a pad on the dash and leather. Armor-All is garbage. Go Here. and use the code to get a discount

Also, just use moist microfiber cloth (just warm water) on the alcantra stuff on the door panels and seats. They have stuff specifically for it, but mine never gets to that point of being that dirty.

I read somewhere on this forum, once you use Armor-all you will have to keep using it as it reacts chemically with vinyl and plastics and will dry out if you stop applying it. I just use a micro fiber cloth and water.

The formula was changed when many of you were in diapers. Can we please put this myth to rest already. Although i prefer 303, your car isn't going to dry out and crumble into dust from using Armor All.

It won't dry it out, but it does leave it greasy and oily. Uneven application over time can cause some areas to discolor. I've seen this happen to my old cars. I use to spray that stuff on everything. Now I know better. Dirt sticks to it and you're not really cleaning the surface. It leaves the surface too shiny and kind of "fake" looking if that makes sense. It's fine for tires, but even then, there are better options.
