thanks! i used to detail professionally, but since i didn't want to spend too much money on products, a lot of these are over the counter. i used sonax for the wheels, some turtle wax wash concentrate, medium grade clay, and wolfgang 3.0 for swirl remover, gloss, and sealant (3-stage paint correction). then i used meguiar's gold class wax paste and topped it off with a ceramic coating called c-quartz. autogeek.net has plenty of good products you can use also

i think of it as an atmospheric layer on your car. when i detailed for other people, i'd highly recommend this all the time cause of the finish and its easy to apply. an itty bitty bottle is expensive, but these guys claim that it lasts for 2 years, so its definitely worth the investment. it came from japan, so you know that they tell the truth or get close to it.
warning: the scent is really strong (its almost like an inhalant)

CQuartz Ceramic Quartz Paint Protection, CQuartz nano coating, nano paint sealant
