in my area kinda windy so the suds will grab more grit than regular shampoo, i think...meaning, better not to sud it up like that.

my application of car shampoo is almost bubble less. i just need lubricity. i dont want suds.

I like it! Actually sounds safer as I can never get the water in the bucket foamy enough to ensure adequate lubrication. I'd work in sections, though.

You only NEED lubricity, suds arent necessary, and a lot of people over soap.
I use a foamer a to eat away at built up crap without pressure

The sides keep the soap on the car rather than simply sliding off I think. Atleast that's how I imagine it works. I could be way off base.

kinda like a soaking process. foam keeps area wet. i see. yah, i suppose for that purpose, it can have its benefits.

i prefer not using elaborate equipment as it's more things to worry about and more things to bring out and put away. this day and age, even waterless car wash works just as safely so.

for that, i use griot's spray-on carwash. it's great. especially for spot cleaning after driving through a puddle or something. no hazing, no swirls with common sense.
