Waxing 40th Anniversary Z
Did an advanced search within this topic and didnt find anything. Just wondering if anyone had thoughts on the best wax to use on my 40th Anniversary Z. Im new at waxing my own car and wasnt sure if there is a better wax for colors in the gray family.

For what its worth I use wax by a company called Dodo Juice. They make two waxes which might be great for your application. Purple Haze and Supernatural are two high end carnubas which give great deep shine and better endurance as far as length it protects for. Used on a slate grey maxima and it really popped after a polish. That is my DD and I get a good 3 months protection from 1 application and the car sits outside.

I use the Adam's products and my 40th turns out great. I wash, clay, then use their Brilliant Glaze and their Americana wax. You won't believe how shiny your 40th can look. Look up Adam's Polishes, you won't be disappointed.

Quick follow up. My car has a 3m clear bra installed on the hood, fenders and front bumper, will this cause any difficulty while waxing?

I don't have clear bra installed in my car but I did a quick search over at the Adams Polishes forums and this is what came up... bra - Adam's Polishes Forums - Threads Tagged with bra
