Hi guys, as you can see my exhaust tips are quite nasty looking, turning gold/brown stains...I just want to ask is there any way I can remove those dark brown

HELP! Exhaust tips are f*cked!
Hi guys, as you can see my exhaust tips are quite nasty looking, turning gold/brown stains...I just want to ask is there any way I can remove those dark brown stains or even restore the silver/chrome color?
I've tried using Never-dull, #0000 steel wool, and chrome polisher so far... I spent about an hour scrubbing on this side and it seems it's slowly working, but still a lot of dots and marks on it:  This side I haven't done anything to it yet:  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
