Wax!?

Just wondering. If ur car has wax from the dealership already, can u put another coat of wax over it. Or do u have to clean it off then apply

If ur car has wax from the dealership already, can u put another coat of wax over it. Or do u have to clean it off then apply wax. Does it really matter if I was over it or do I really have to clean it all off first?
