Paint removal advice needed

How do I get rid of this safely (see pics)? Also, does this type of carelessness indicate a possible bigger cosmetic issue? I bought the car used about two months

Default Paint removal advice needed

How do I get rid of this safely (see pics)? Also, does this type of carelessness indicate a possible bigger cosmetic issue? I bought the car used about two months ago but carfax didn't indicate any incidents. I'm also now starting to worry because after a few weeks I started noticing that my front bumper isn't aligned like it should be. I know it's kind of too late to make a stink about it, but just need advice on how to get her looking nice again.

tape up around the windows and use paint remover. Don't think it will hurt the windows or the rubber around it. And yeah, I'd be worried.
