your looking for any thing that does not cotain someting "extra".

Find what ever liquid dish soap that doesnt list something goofy like cherry scent or contains blah blah blah. Just plain old dish soap.

when you apply and remove wax, do you move the towel in circular motion, or do you move it in the direction that the wind would flow on the car? (up and down the length of the car).

ive been told both, but nobody has confirmed. very few articles ever mention recommended method of motion. Supposedly circular motion makes swirl marks more visable?

after doing alot more reading. I noticed that when you read the ZFX application from ZFX Flash Cure Accelerator Additive: Zaino Store It clearly says

When your applying that ZFX your not putting pressure on the car so i guess if Zaino Store says its okay, its okay.

When ever i remove the zaino z2. I end up putting more pressure than normal. I personally would not recommend doing a circle motion to remove.

I have tested my self with circle motion and it seems to remove the haze easier but i refuse to do it. for fear of circle scratches.

To recap i never use circle motions, but i will start when i apply z2 and hopefully it wont end badly.

cjanik, it dosent really matter. . . . . . . . . its just gonna get dirty the second u drive it so y go ape-poop over the details. The lines tell the story, the paint tells how it got there

Quick question... I haven't seen a wax from Zaino just polishes, do you still wax the car after applying all of those Zaino products?

I dont think you will see a wax from Zaino. From every thing I read a 100% wax just wont last any where near as long as a synthetic polymer like zaino.

Alot of products that i see popping up are hybrids that are half polymer and half carnuba wax. No matter which way i see it, every thing seems to be moving towards just polymer.

I think if you want to apply a wax on top of Zaino, I think you can. Not sure the benifit but if you like it then do it.

You use the Z6 as a quick detailer between washes. I use the Z6 and the Z8 between washes...

watch the video Junkman put out on this forum-it is about using California duster before using a quick detail product. He actually quick details a vette w/o dusting it first-you can see the paint gets damaged-before and after video shots with a ?halogen light. It convinced me...

I think the absorber should be called the scratcher, it gets wet, heavy and creates a suction type connection to the car if you drag it across. All that seems like it does to me is trap any thing between the absorber and the car and drag it across the car with weight and suction, no good.
I believe the Absorber is fine as long as you "dab" it on the car instead of using it like a towel. It actually absorbs water pretty well with just dabbing. :tup:
