Rims and scratches

I have forgestar gloss black rims and recently got some nasty curb rash on the right side. Does anybody know how to repair this? also i have a tiny scratch

Does anybody know how to repair this? also i have a tiny scratch on the bumper.. does anybody know how to fix this? and last but not least what is proper maintance i should be doing on the rims to ensure they keep their finish?
