Rims and scratches

I have forgestar gloss black rims and recently got some nasty curb rash on the right side. Does anybody know how to repair this? also i have a tiny scratch on the bumper.. does anybody know how to fix this? and last but not least what is proper maintance i should be doing on the rims to ensure they keep their finish?

You can have it refinished which is where the damaged rim is stripped of the original paint and repainted. If you have deep pockets you can buy a new rim and sell your old damaged one. As for the tiny scratch on your bumper you can try Meguiars or Mothers branded scratch remover is which a very mild abrasive.

Look for a rim repair shop and also if you decide to powder coat wheels they will fix the rim before powder coating them.
