Default detailing wheels

Hoping someone from detailers domain or Adam's or just someone who has had experience with this issue can help. The Lonestar Edition Rams have fake chrome, its just a shinny plastice wheel cover. Does Sonax or Adamn's green wheel cleaner work on Plastic wheel covers to remove brake dust or are those products more for applying to metal.

I have used a clay bar on the plastic wheels which works but to get all 4 wheels back to perfect I will end up going through like 4 or more clay bars which isnt worth it so any wheel cleaner that will not destroy the platic would be great.

Thanks all

Murph

i dont think there's really any other way than to clay it. any polishing will burn through that coating quickly and end up black. so you're doing it right, i think.
