I'm sure there are many good detailing products out there. The thing that drew me to Adam's was Junkman's videos. That led me to look closer and I found that it's a totally stand-up company with top-notch customer service. IMHO, that's what sets it apart from Zaino's or Meguair Mirror Glaze. Even if the products were identical (and maybe they are), I'd go with Adam's for that reason.

and for the record, I wasn't putting down Junkman in the least... I told him that his work looked very good from what I saw of it. I haven't watched his videos... but at some point i'm sure I will.

What Junkman excels at is making instructional how to videos. I watched Junkmans how to videos and I ended up using Adam's products to polish my car. I am really happy with the porter cable and Adam pads and polishes. I didn't use the entire line up of Adam's products but I did use a few thats for sure. I dont think Junkman said you MUST BUY ADAMS OR ELSE. You all can choose freely. As for CGMMNY. I suspect if he purchases Adams basic kit he cant go wrong. I doubt a beginner wants a more powerful system. I rather stick to the safest solution I can use.

I also use the Adams product on my 2011 370z, Black rose. What a shine and its true the bugs and ... comes right off!!!
I have only put one coat of Machine Super wax, but I plan on putting a layer of Brilliant Glaze followed by the Americana on it. |
