How much will a body shop charge me to paint and install a new rear bumper?

anywhere from 200 to 350ish i think. i suggest you get it painted and you install it yourself?

Just paint work and install, not including the bumper, I'd say closer to $500 for a good shop. My wifes ride was involved in a fender bender a few months back where a guy in a mini cooper tapped the rear bumper at a light... minus the new bumper her SUV was around $500 to spray.
