Default scratched car while backing up.

Hi All,

While backing up my 370z from garage, accidently the left bumper got stuck to the garage railing, and came out breaking mount points of bumpers. It is unstable right now. When I realized this, I tried getting the car inside garage, and scratched it from right side, since it was obstructed too.

I am wondering where I can get it fixed, and what would be a cost effective way to do it.
I do not want to take insurance on this.
I accept that it is my fault, while I parked haphazardly and I am the one to be blamed for backing up in haste.
This is my new car, and I feel agonized on my mistake
