Someone opened their car door and scraped the side of my bumper on the wheel well. It can not be buffed out. It is small scrape only I can notice.

Someone opened their car door and scraped the side of my bumper on the wheel well. It can not be buffed out. It is small scrape only I can notice. It scraped off my black paint. The scratch is not deep. What is the best solution.
Factory touch up paint? I have calmed my self down so I do not plan to have the front of my car painted. Is there a good technique in applying touch up paint or is a pain pen the way to go. |
