pothole damaged rim. What do I do?

Here is a pic. It is rough to the touch, but not jagged. Hit the pothole so hard my radar detector turned off and on again. It kind of seems like the paint was scraped off, no dent really. What should I do?

Thanks in advance

How fast we're you going? Any damage to the suspension?

sand it down with sandpaper and then use fine grit to make it smooth. Then find paint to touch it up.
