I've used the OEM 9ml touchup pen and it works very well. Essentially does the same as Dr. Color Chip in a single step (from what I've seen and read, never used Dr. CC myself). You just use the little corner of the felt tip and paint in your chip. I've been working on repeat coats every time I go out to the car to build it up and fill in the chip. I bought the pen that has clear coat on the other end, but I can't figure out a good way to apply that evenly to a small chip...the clear will end up as a blob. Given that fact, I'd suggest buying the touchup paint can that comes with a small fine-tip brush. Cheaper than Dr. Color Chip and seems to get the same finished result judging by what I've read and seen in pics. Just apply thinly and repeat as needed to build it up.

I will say this though: I've never seen a closeup shot of a Dr. Color Chip repair. Can someone who has used Dr CC post a macro shot of their chip after 'fixing' it? I can do the same with my OEM touchup repair for comparison.
