Default Paint Sealants

I have search to try and find a thread that specificaly speaks about sealants. Found one that explains what and how to use them. I am looking for recommendations on what the best sealant product is. Does the dealership use a special sealant if you purchase the paint protection package? Unfortunately I live in a flight pattern for geese. They have already dotted my car once, and it is not coming out. This is why I am asking the questions about sealants. Yes, I have "spoken" to that goose.

let me tell you from learning the hard way. They will try to sell you "Simoniz" at the dealer. Dont do it. It is a very inflated price. You can buy your own sealant and apply it yourself.
personally-I enjoy the line of Adam's products. The best thing about company is they will make it right if you are not satisfied with a product. Like 110% guarantee. You can join the forum over there(ggogle Adam's polish forums)-I have never felt like I asked a stupid question, they are so nice and helpful.
Dylan@Adams is the best guy-he runs daily specials and answers a lot of technical questions. Also, Junkman has made many many videos on proper techniques and he takes the time to answer questions. I highly rec these guys. You cannot go wrong!!!!

Thanks Dee.

You will get a bunch of different opinions on what is best. I offer you this. Buy a professional product and see how it works for you. There is no better opinion than what your eyes show you first hand. There are quite a few professional products on the market. I use Adam's Machine Superwax. I will not even try and say that it is the best because I have not remotely tried everything out there. But I will say that it works as advertised.

That's one man's opinion.

I am looking for sealant recommendations. From what I have read wax and sealants are two different things. Plus I am wanting to know if a sealant will help reduce the possibility of damage to the clear coat or paint due to crap, or other debri.

Thankxs

Our machine superwax actually is an all polymer sealant FWIW, plus you get 10% off the top by using the code 370Z at checkout.

That being said, asking what the best sealant is really is going to just net you a bunch of opinions. Its like asking whats the best place to get a pizza... everyones going to have their own opinions.

best sealants I've ever used are between Optimum poli seal, Wolfgang DGPS 3.0, DP sealant, Menzerna's new sealant as well. Each one is great in its own right but these have outlasted any and all of my expectations. Give one a try, just make sure you clay first and if you can polish do that as well to have the best surface for the sealants to bond to.

I use Zaino, it's a little expensive but I've been using it for over 5 years on all of my vehicles. Klasse AIO is also good for a quick & easy paint sealant.

You are joking about Nu-Finish, right?

Zaino doesn't have a sealant that I am aware of. Which Zaino product are you talking about specifically?

no joke, some article i read NuFinish had the longest durability vs others like NXT, Ice, etc. off-the-shelf comparison. like i mentioned above, i dont use it but worth a try if someone wants to polymer their car.

as for zaino, they are sealants. polymers are generally considered sealants. in a big divide, carnauba is wax, polymers are sealants. im surprised you dont know this.

I am very familiar with this and thus the question. Which Zaino product are you calling a sealant? Zaino was one of the first products I used and in talking with Sal Zaino, I don't remember him ever calling any of his products, "sealants". He always insisted that they are "polishes".

As for Nu-Finish, just as long we realize that it is on par with over the counter stuff, not the likes of some of the more professional products being mentioned here.
