Personally-I dust the car off with a California Duster before putting the cover on-which is what i do. The car is pretty clean and only has dust/pollen on it when i do this. If there are any other things-like bird poo-I get it off immediately since it is corrosive. Then i cover the car. Pretty simple and keeps the car looking good-guards against wandering cat prints thru the night.
You go gurl!

That chart that Trance posted is an excellent item to use in deciding which car cover is best for you. Remember, the best car cover may not be best for your needs so choose what is appropriate for you. Here are some more important things to consider when buying a car cover.

Sorry for bringing this really old thread back from the dead, i am jn the market for a outdoor cover for my black z with factory spoiler. The Technalon Car Cover, 09-14 370Z, Factory Rear Spoiler from z1motorsports seemd alright but i live in CT and the weather gets crazy sometimes and need a cover that can take snow, winds, rain. I need a great fit not a universal ebay special, lol! Has anyone used this one? Is it any good with a nice tight fit and hold the snow?

Or can someone recommend something better that they've actually tried and had good results. Only for outdoor use i need, will not be stored inside for now. Thanks

I'd recommend a Covercraft Noah. I have one and my Z is outside all winter long (usually November-March/April in Germany).
