This is for the Junkman2008 (adams guru). What does this stuff do exactly? I watched the video on adamspolishes.com and seen the dude spray it but have you used it

What does this stuff do exactly? I watched the video on adamspolishes.com and seen the dude spray it but have you used it and how well does it work? Looks like something id like to use to clean the fenderwells of the Z.
