Mother's Spray On Foaming Wheel/Tire Cleaner?

Has anyone used this stuff before?

Amazon.com: Mothers 05924 Foaming All Wheel & Tire Cleaner - 24 Fl.oz: Automotive

If so, how is it? I'm getting tired of scrub washing the tires and wheels and then gelling them afterward. Would this be a good substitute?

It really works that well? It would sure be nice not having to wipe all of the brake dust off every week

When you detail the car, seal the wheels with something like Poorboy's Wheel Sealant. This will stop brake dust from attaching itself to the surface so it should just wash off with water (if you don't let it build up).

I'll have to try that, thanks for the suggestion. What about the tires? Do you put any sort of dressing on them?

Yeah. I use Poorboy's wheel shine... I think it's called "Bold 'n Brite."

You want to get a water-based wheel shine that won't damage your tires or fling off when you drive. It's not as durable as some of the more greasy, non-water based formulas but it's cleaner and won't do any damage.

I've used the Mother's wheels spray, it works good. Desolves brake dust and it says it's safe on powder coat/paint. I never noticed any negative after effects.

Also along the lines of what others have said I've been meaning to try this product: Wheelwax. I heard it works pretty well from when I was on the M3 forums.
