Are these trunk panel parts the same?
 

Does anyone know if these two parts are the same? (or at least both fit). They are the interior panels for the trunk wheel covers on the left (driver) side. I think they are for different years but they look the same. The first option appears to be out of stock everywhere so I was wondering if I can get the second option instead. I know it looks in stock but they said not in stock when I tried buying. Thanks.
